Twelve Angry Men
“It explodes like 12 sticks of dynamite”
About The Show
Sooke Harbour Players is excited to announce the production of the classic judicial drama Twelve Angry Men by Reginald Rose.
A jury of 12 must deliberate the guilt or innocence, and ultimate fate, of a young man accused of killing his father.
Written in 1954 during the Civil Rights Movement, Twelve Angry Men remains relevant today, exploring justice and morality as the jurors reveal their personal biases and prejudices, old pains and true feelings.
Making her directorial debut, Sarah Wilford, with Producer Andrew Donnelly and Stage Manager Jennifer Brown, are eager to bring this classic production to life, saying, “We are looking forward to giving the actors and audience something more serious and thought-provoking on stage this season.”
